However, it is a fact that the molecular size of most active ingredients prevent them from penetrating the skin's protective outer layers. As a result, many skincare creams use nonpenetrating additives and silicones that merely sit on the surface of the skin to create the illusion of smoother skin without providing long-term nutritive benefits to the living cells under the surface skin layers.

PET™ enables the delivery of powerful active nutritive agents and advanced protective antioxidants through the stratum corneum and gradually penetrates to reach to the regenerative layers of the skin to aid in the healthy growth of new skin cells.
P.E.T.® works by solubilizing the active ingredients and temporarily modifying the permeability of the skin. Therefore, when large-molecule active ingredients are combined with P.E.T.®, they are able to pass through the skin cell barrier to reach the deeper layers below the epidermis. P.E.T.® is very versatile and allows us to combine nutrients to work together as a networking system. Thus, P.E.T.® enables the penetration of the actives and provide you with the full benefits of each individual ingredient.
P.E.T.® is also extremely versatile and compatible with formulations that contain peptides, vitamins, antioxidants and amino acids enabling deep controlled penetration through the top layer stratum corneum in a single formulation.
